Webinars for RTB #007-15 Mandatory 24 Months of Registration for New Vehicle Sales by Franchised Dealers
Webinars will be held for all county tax assessor-collector offices and franchised dealers to discuss RTB #007-15. This RTB was sent to provide further guidance and clarification to RTB #005-15 sent on June 18, 2015, regarding mandatory 24 months of registration for new vehicles with a two-year inspection.

Frazer DMS Price Change
All things change with time!
The price for the Frazer Dealer Management Software is going up on July
1st, 2015.
The new pricing is:
$575 per year // $155 per quarter // $55 per month
Any dealer who requested the software between July 1, 2014 and June 30,
2015 will have until September 30th, 2015 to purchase and they will still qualify
for the $475 per year pricing model. Any dealer who requests the
software on or after July 1st will not be eligible for the $475 pricing
model and will automatically be placed on the $575 pricing model.

OCCC Renewal Time!
The OCCC License renewal deadline is fast approaching.
July 1 – Renewals due !!!
July 31 – Final day to renew
Renewals were mailed out on June 18, 2015. The rate for an active license location will be $368.00, which is a 20% discount from the maximum assessment rate for renewals ($460.00). Please refer to 84 Tex. Admin. Code § 84.611. The OCCC has provided a Step by Step Guide to Renewal. You will need to log in to your ALECS account to renew your License.
